Windows 10 notification not appearing

At one time this would have rebooted your computer. Press the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys at the same time. An obvious thing to do is to log out of your account and log in again. We shall provide with fixes for each of these, but if they fail to work for you, then contact us for further help. There are several potential reasons for your Windows 10 Start menu not working as it should. Create a System Restore Point that will return your system to its original position should anything go wrong.
